Rare Oolong Tea from Taiwan
A lightly-oxidized oolong with floral overtones. It makes an unbeatable light green cup. It has a complex finish with a slightly grassy liquor and is very low in caffeine. The leaf is rolled by hand into uniform pearls: steeping reveals a whole leaf! This is a must-have for oolong and green tea lovers alike.
