Oolong Tea from China
The best class of China oolongs. This tea is only produced in the Anqi county of China The long, wiry, mildly-fermented leaves yield a very aromatic and light tea. The finish is highly complex, with notes of chestnut and florals alike, and it can be infused several times. In spite of its ample body, it is still soft-edged with no astringency.
Brewing tip: 1.5 tsp., 203o, 5-7 min.
