Medicinal Herbal Blend
We developed this tea years ago in the days following a hearty Thanksgiving. After making small batches of a tea for customers who were complaining of stomach upsets, we decided to keep it on as a regular offering. It seems to help those with nausea, heartburn, ulcers, acid reflux or just plain old indigestion from eating too much. A blend of anise seed, fennel seed, organic peppermint and other supportive herbs. It tastes great too.
Brewing tip: 1 tbsp., 212o, 5-15 min.
4oz (112g) of fine loose herbs.
