Black Tea from India
The leaf is processed using orthodox methods in the Thakurbari district of Assam. It yields a heavy, full-bodied tea with good Assam flavor. You will be struck by the maltiness even before you prepare your brew. Although excellent on its own, milk and/or sugar will enhance the depth of this tea.
Brewing tip: 1 tsp., 212o, 3-4 min.
