Oolong Tea from Taiwan
The island of Formosa has for many generations produced some of the world's finest oolongs. We found a small grower producing a limited quantity of a mildly floral,medium bodied,low astringent leaf.
While many breakfast style teas are finely cut black teas with a full body and sometimes high astringency, we set out to blend a full leaf tea that has full flavor, but without any "bite", making it a perfect tea for those with delicate tummies....
You'll notice it makes an amber cup that overtakes your palate with the essence of and peach and a hint of floral.
A 3-5 minute steep will yield a cup that will leave you satisfied and alert.
4oz (28g) of fine loose leaf tea.
Brewing tip: 1-1.5 tsp., 203-212o, 3-5 min.
4oz (112g) of fine loose leaf tea.
