A tea estate high in the clouds (4500 ft above sea level) in the Darjeeling region of India,this estate has been producing superlative teas since the 1800's.
True to the light liquor of premium Darjeeling tea,which are mostly black teas, this green tea offers the same delicate,muscatel notes with more than 2x the polyphenol levels and 75% less caffeine. The perfect tea?? Possibly.
Leaf appearance is dark and twisted. Orthodox production means many hand done steps, assuring a most intoxicating cup.


Hint: This tea can be steeped up to 3 times.
Brewing tip: 1 tsp., 176^o, 2-3 min.
