A rare and limited production tea from the famous Zhejiang China tea region. Picked in the early morning hours of April-May while the dew is fresh on the buds,the top needles are picked, then quickly steamed and rolled to preserve a balance of flavor and quality. The resulting brew is light and refreshing.
Good for multiple infusions.
High anti-oxidant activity.
