Oolong Tea from China
It is well-named. The large, curled, heavily-fermented leaves yield a heavy, golden brew that has a natural floral fragrance. Astringency is more pronounced than in other oolongs, but it still has a smooth finish. Try it iced with a sprig of fresh mint.
