Oolong Tea from Kenyaa
This is one complex tea. The large twisted leaves are shiny and bright, The brewed tea itself has hints of florality of a Darjeeling, the citrus notes of a high grade Ceylon and the smoothness of an oolong.
The soil in Kenya is so unique,that this tea can only be produced there in the Rift Valley.
No matter what your favorite tea is--this one probably has some of it's characteristics.
Brewing tip: 1-1.5 tsp., 203-212o, 5-7 min.
