When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted
across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets
to us.

Sales & Refunds
All transactions are processed in US dollars ($/USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, checks or money orders denominated in USD and drawn on a US
bank. Please be sure to include the nine-digit routing number (ABA code) on the
bottom of all checks. Paying by check does slow your order somewhat, as we don't
ship merchandise until funds clear. Within the US, paying by check typically delays
your order between two and three weeks.
Within 10 days of receipt of your order you may return items for a full refund.
Please indicate the reason for the return, and send us the securely packaged item
and your receipt or order number. We'll notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we have received the returned item. Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping
costs.
