Chest 312 Oolong Tea from Taiwan
A new addition to our tea list—this oolong
defies categorization it is not quite oxidized
enough to be called “oxidized” nor is it
“ green” enough to be a “jade” oolong
but the brew it produces makes a sweet green
yet toasty cup it has a beautiful golden hue
to the large twisted leaf.. looking for something different???
