A new addition to our tea list—this oolong defies categorization—it is not quite oxidized enough to be called “oxidized”—nor is it “ green” enough to be a “jade” oolong---but the brew it produces makes a sweet green yet toasty cup—it has a beautiful golden hue to the large twisted leaf……..looking for something different???
