This is a very large, whole-leaf tea that can take a long steep and still yield a fruity, smooth cup. A great number of golden tips are apparent. Natural tannins give this tea a slight astringency, and it is particularly good with milk and/or sugar.

Brewing tip: 1 tsp., 212o, 3-4 min.
