Green Tea from Nilgiri 
Glendale, one of the largest gardens in Nilgiri, produces a unique frost tea at the height of the winter season (Jan.-Feb.). Six-day-old leaf from China hybrids are fine-plucked, hard-withered, lightly rolled, high-fired. The result is a greenish infusion with a highly fragrant liquor much like a high quality Darjeeling with a deep apricot finish.
This one can be re-steeped for a 2nd cup.
Brewing tip: 1.5 tsp., 176^o, 2+ min.
