Oolong Tea from Taiwan
A good representation of an everyday "table" tea. This tea yields a smooth, nutty brew with no astringency. As is true with all oolongs, it aids digestion. Try it with a meal. The taste of this tea will be vaguely familiar, as this is a higher quality version of Chinese restaurant tea.
Brewing tip: 1-1.5 tsp., 203-212o, 5-7 min.
