Oolong Tea from China
Lighter than Ti Kuan Yin, with hints of green apparent. This tea has a complex bouquet, with a light body and a pale liquor. Soft-edged with no harshness, it is comparable to a white Zinfandel since it has characteristics of both heavy and light fermented oolongs.
Brewing tip: 1-1.5 tsp., 203-212o, 5-7 min.
