Flavored Black Tea Blend
Black teas blended with Vietnamese cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. This chai is very warming and soothing on the stomach and the respiratory tract.Recent studies have shown 1 teaspoon/day of cinnamon can reduce blood pressure.
Brewing tip: Bring 2 cups milk & 2 cups water to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Stir in 2 tbls. of chai. Simmer on low for 5 min. Strain. Sweeten w/sugar or honey
We recommend this strainer for an enjoyable cup of chai.
