A large leaf, medium oxidized oolong with hints of green apparent.
Makes a robust brew, similar yet more delicate than Shui Hsien. Considered a "classic" oolong amongst afficiandos of fine oolongs. Amber and robust liquor.
Brewing tip: 1-1.5 tsp., 203-212o, 5-7 min.
