Black Breakfast Tea from China
A fine example of a Congou tea. Chingwo makes a bright but full-bodied cup with hints of oak and flowers. When you want something lighter than an Assam but a little heavier than a Ceylon, this is the one. You can drink it on its own or add milk and/or sugar.
Brewing tip: 1 tsp., 212o, 3-4 min.
4oz (112g) of fine loose leaf tea.
