CEYLON Silver Supreme Xtra Special Grade ORGANIC

A new arrival for 2008--we found this one through a source that deals with only small farms throughout the tea world.
The leaf appearance is fine and twisted ,much like a high grade Keemun with lots of tips apparent. The aroma is much like a sweet, ripened fig.
The liquor is smooth and carmel-like with a sweet, non astingent finish--not unlike the afore mentioned fig.
If you like a full bodied Ceylon, but do not appreciate the astringency factor, this is your tea.
Another added bonus--it's ORGANIC!
