Here's a Cape Cod favorite.....these long, cold, and blustery New England mornings by the Atlantic call for drastic measaures.
We like a hearty tea, so we blended one just for us. Assam and China Mao Fengs, blended with a touch of 60% oxidized China oolong make a srong yet full bodied cup. The oolong adds a nice soft edge with a toasty finish.
