Flavored Black Tea Blend
While most chais are made with crushed tea and spices, this version is made with a full-leaf tea and larger-sized spice bits. The resulting brew is milder and has less liquor than most chais.Can also be steeped as you would any other black tea.
Brewing tip: Bring 2 cups milk & 2 cups water to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Stir in 2 tbls. of chai. Simmer on low for 5 min. Strain. Sweeten w/sugar or honey
We recommend this strainer for an enjoyable cup of chai.
