A semi-fermented oolong from mainland China. A region famous for it's oolongs, this tea has a beatiful whole leaf construction.
Upon infusion one can see the rich, deep amber brew and smell the fruity aroma. All with no edge/astringency.
Good for multiple infusions.
Hint: try it iced with mint or honey or both.
Brewing tip: 1-1.5 tsp., 203-212o, 5-7 min.
